Extremely Unproffessional and Inconsiderate

I am beyond frustrated with the return I placed on 2025/01/02. An agent emailed me seeking my address for the return once it has been approved by the supplier on 2025/01/22 more than 2 weeks later without the product returned. I then provided her with my work address on 2025/01/22 and yesterday on 2025/01/29 I get a call from the delivery guy at the wrong address to deliver the product. I contacted Takelot Returns call centre and was promised feedback by Kemet that I never received. This morning I get an email asking for my address, I respond with my address only to be told my address cannot be changed. I should cancel the order. Kindly tell me how as this is a return approved by the supplier. I'm going to a month now waiting for an Iron I return at the beggining of the month on 2025/01/02
