Extremely unhappy client

Did an order for a gaming console game as a gift. Received the game, but it was not compatible due to the gaming console being US based. The litteraly the next day the game was returned as they were already closed on the same day of collection. Takealot and BT games REFUSES to refund me, stating COMPUTER software can not be returned once the seal being broken. Theere was no seal to break and this is not computer software. Since the 11 March 2024 my correspondence gets ignored with NO feedback or resolution. I make many purchases on Takealot with no issues, but this experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth if they treat loyal clients that never gives them any issues like this.
