extremely unhappy client

I purchase soccer boots for my son, unfortunately they were too small. The next day I requested for a return which only happened on Monday, I clearly stated on my reason for the return that size was the issue and I tried to obtain a bigger size but that was not available on their site. They took the soccer boots and after 4 days they told me that my return had been declined. with no reason. I have tried to contact them multiple times to understand if I'm going to my money back or the boots back. Currently I have neither, I don't have the soccer boots that I bought with my money and nor do I have my money back. I am extremely disappointed at the service and lack of communication of Takealot's end. I really need to know what will happen to my case. It's been a week of no feedback.
