Extremely rude woman at Glen Village depot.

Disgusting "service" at the depot. The woman behind the desk does not greet, she can't even be bothered to speak to customers.

When I arrived today she had such a sour look on her face. I said that I was there to collect a package and she just looked at me like I was an idiot for not knowing what I had to do. (This is my first time using a depot as it is brand new). I just took out my phone and asked if she needed to see the bar code. Without saying anything she just snatched my phone from me and scanned the code and went to get the package. She then showed me the screen that I had to sign, without saying anything, and then when I signed it didn't work. I said so and she just grunted "don't use your nail to sign". Those were the only words she spoke to me. After signing I stood there and eventually asked if I could go and she just nodded, again, as though I'm some idiot because I do not know of the proceedings of a place I have never stepped foot in, and will never again, This depot is new and I was planning on using it often as it is so close to my house but I will never use it again. I will be taking my business to Loot, I've heard good things from them.
