Extremely Rude Driver

I had my order delivered yesterday. I had someone terribly banging my gate and when I open the door I realised that its Takealot delivery guy and I politely asked whilst I was opening the door, but why are you banging the gate like that instead of phoning me to come and open for you, OMG did the guy not loose it, shouting that this morning he was at my house for delivery and no one opened for him so he wasted his time, apparently he tried to call and I mean I was at work how am I suppose to even know that because no one was at home. This guy was so rude that he started dropping all my boxes outside because he was angry, the time I got to open the gate he was already leaving, I couldnt even check with him or sign anything to say I have received the order and he just left just like that. I then reported this to Takealot website but apparently I reported on the wrong department which was for cancellation, I received a call from Bonani who explained to me how I wrongly logged my complaint, my question was are you aware that is not the point , i mean he should have just forwarded my complaint to the relevant person but he only called to lecture me, even when I was still trying to explain to him, he was just so *********** , doesnt Takealot train their staff on how to manage such situation because this Bonani was just frustrating me even more. I even told him that I will be writing this issue on Hello Peter and he seemed not to even understand what I was saying. This delivery was so rude, I am not even sure how he got to be the delivery person, imagine just leaving my goods there, someone else could have just easily claimed not to have recieved the goods and how was he going to prove it. I am paying for the goods and service and not to be treated like this.
