Extremely rude & disrespectful

Hello,

I just wanted to share an horrible experience that I just had with one of your drivers Kwanele who had a delivery at my workplace today. Kwanele is driving a Toyota Yaris was very rude and disrespectful to the recipient of the package, this happened right in the heart of our business where our clients walk in and out of the building and witnessed him lashing out loud. I asked him if this is how Takealot does deliveries he rudely responded we not going to tell him how to do his job. I can complain if I want to he can speak for himself and they not going to do anything.

Based on this experience I will not be using the service.
