Extremely poos service

I have order specific items on the 7/09 that i needed before the 18/09 , when i ordered there where stock available and it would be delivered as per notice 2 to 4 days. When i followed up , delivery estimated changed to 22/09 , due to out of stock item , i then asked them to split my order , the agent totally split the wrong items . I have followed up again this morning and informed the agent i need the my items before the 18th as I'm leaving and needed it for a race . Estimate delivery date is now the 18th , ill be gone by then .

I would never have purchased the items if i need its going to take more than 2 weeks to deliver !

I spoke to 4 different agent and not one of them could resolve my problem
