Extremely poor service on returns from TakeAlot

Returns after the 30 day period is extremely bad. The agents don't even know their own process. I logged a return for my Xbox Series X because the controller was faulty. They accepted the return (outside the 30 day period) and after a week without hearing anything from them, I checked on the return status and it showed that it was rejected. When enquiring about the reason, they said that the warrantee had to be logged with Microsoft directly. I then asked why they even accepted collected the device if they knew the return had to be logged directly with Microsoft. After waiting another few days, the item was returned to me with the box broken and the items thrown in, not even neatly packed back. The service from TakeAlot has dropped more and more of late and they are no longer providing the hassle free return they profess.
