Extremely poor service: consultants don't understand what they are asked

Please could I have a senior person who understands what they are doing to call me PAYFLEX or Takealot.com have deducted from my account and still told that's I have defaulted by payflex I have sent 20 emails all answering things I didn't ask Some just send generic responses
