Extremely Poor Service

I placed an order on the 15th of May which was supposed to be delivered 7 working days later, yet I am still waiting for my order. When I contact support and ask them for help they are apologetic and lie. Takealot doesn’t care at all about it’s Customers and how bad service impacts Customers. They only care about making money.
