Extremely poor service and no point in paying for faster delivery

Ordered a R10 000 3D printer off takelot on a Saturday and chose for nextday delivery which would be on Monday. Had to pay the standard R75 fee but never received the printer on Monday. Very poor service and there is no point in paying extra for faster delivery as that money clearly just gets ******.
