Phone was damage, sent back for repairs, one month later, according to the app the return was concluded. They lost it, blaming the courier company. Phone DPD Laser, but they told me that they never picked up the parcel with the waybill number provided. I phoned, email, even Facebook message them. No Feedback from there side.
