Extremely poor service

Been waiting since 15th for delivery, now refund of my order. NO CONTACT NUMBER, EMAIL SEEMS TO BE USELESS.

THEN AGAIN, THEY DON'T MIND LOOSING CUSTOMERS!!!!!
