Extremely Poor Service

Very Poor overall service from Takealot. Ordered a drawing board. It was delivered rusted in a sealed plastic within a sealed box. Returned it and asked for a replacement. Only to be credited. Queried this as I then will have to pay delivery fee for receiving a defective item. They then took my credit to send a replacement. Only to order the incorrect item themselves. School starts next week, where is my drawing board or my money?
