Extremely poor service !

Extremely poor inadequate service Place and paid for a item 31st October 2022 waited 15 days before a delivery was scheduled even though the add said it was in stock in CT and JHB and qualified for next day shipment Then the date came on the track your parcel as 16 November and no parcel arrived, then it was rescheduled to the 16th and nothing Rescheduled to the 17the after many mails phone calls and still nothing Then at 3:30 pm after speaking to an person at customer services telling them on the tracking your parceled it shows as delivered but it can not be as i have not received anything i am been told the parcel is returned to the warehouse - still do not know the reason - no updated nothing What ells can a person do ? Very pathetic inadequate service by Take a lot And what is worse this is the 3rd time of 3 deferent parcels and by the way very expensive ones two in one month that this happens ?
