EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE !!! Ordered 10 x Items to the value of R8,000.00 and the delivery was sent to the incorrect address and no verification or identification seems to have been carried out as someone else has signed and received my goods. WORST part is the Take Alot call center keeps saying waiting on feedback from delivery team with no urgency, no escalation, no feedback. STILL WAITING !
