Extremely poor service

I have ordered some items on the 15th of december(christmas gifts) To date they have still not arrived. ****** embarrassing on my side. I have tried calling the customer service center mainly to find out where is tha package because im going away on holiday tommorow and there will be no one home to sign for the package . But they answer the phone and leave it on the table. I can hear them talking in the background but no assistance. And this is the second time this has happned with takealot. Poor to no service and just embarrassing a person. I will honestly never use takealot again
