Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service! Been waiting on my parcel since Friday, the 28th. I got an SMS saying thery were unable to reach me but no call was made, again today the exact same thing happened. Turns out the driver went to the incorrect address and I called twice to follow up, with both consultants promising to get back to me and nothing! I buy frequently from Takealot so this service is just disappointing, to say the least.
