Extremely poor quality service from Takealot

Bought a pair of sneakers off takealot..When received I tried it on and did not like the fit. I returned it and the return was declined. I did not receive any detailed information on why my return was declined. They only sent pictures of 1 of the sneakers with some slight dirt underneath it. CLEARLY the 1 I tried on. There were 2 more pictures but nothing I could find an issue with as I received it that way. Extremely disappointed with this service.
