Extremely Poor Product Quality and non-existent Customer Service

Product quality shockingly poor. Item collected from Milnerton Warehouse had been opened and not properly closed, item was incomplete and packaging in shocking condition. Not knowing the correct procedure, I sent a mail stating the problem. On personally returning item the next morning (Saturday), Raymond (later I found he gave me a false name), refused to assist me even though I was the only person there. He insisted on having a reference number and just removed my name from service list. Then found out I should register a return on the app. Duly did and he then took in item. Almost immediately a mail sent that item no longer stocked-money merely refunded. No effort was made to acquire an easily available item. No apology given. Still no response to mail.
