Extremely Poor Delivery Service and Customer Service!!

<p>Over the past 5yrs i have had great service from Takealot.com, and have ordered many times... however it seems that 2016 is your year to go from great to SHOCKING!!!! over the course of this year i have placed multiple orders and each seems to take longer than the last to be delivered, what used to be next day delivery when i started buying in 2011, has now turned into wait an ENTIRE WEEK delivery... this is getting ridiculous! there is no communication from your team when there is a delay. Your "tracking service" says the order will be delivered on thursday and was dispatched on tuesday... but o wait on thursday your team decides no it will be delivered only on friday because there was a delay (was the order even dispatched on tuesday?!?!?!), and then even though it is ready for delivery in your city, it is passed the cut off time so cant be delivered, no you cant go fetch it from the depot yourself (which i have done in the past!!!), o you arent going to be there on friday to recieve well thats too bad, let me speak to someone and call you back... well i'm still ****** waiting for the call bac****! and on that note when i asked to speak to a manager who could assist me... well that was a resounding no as well!! looks like you customer service has gone the same route as your delivery service, you gotten too big for your boots and forgotten all the things that made you great in the first place!! needless to say i'm disgusted and shocked at what has become of your organisation!</p>
