Extremely poor delivery service

The worse delivery service that I have ever had the misfortune to experience. The courier company uses old and delapidated cars with lowly paid drivers that are incapable to make a simple phone call to contact the residents to advise about the delivery. No phone number to call and very little response from e-mail. Minimum information is given and only false promises made. Failed delieveries all week and I still do not have my product. They then refuse to refund me.
