Extremely poor customers service from Takealot - no way to follow up on contact made.

Takealot mixed up my order and send me the wrong items. I returned the incorrect items but since the one item I purchased was "non refundable" they took the money and there is no way to get it back. I contacted them many times on the customer care link, but they NEVER get back to a person. There is no phone number or live chat option anymore - customers are at their mercy and if they don't call you back, you simply have no recourse. On the website there is no way to even follow up or check on the tickets I logged.
