Extremely poor customer service

On the 7th December 2024 I bought three items. 1 King Size mattress, 1 King Size Base and 1 x King size headboard for R 16 425 order number ***

When the items were delivered, I receive 1 x King size mattress, 1 x king size headboard and 1 SINLGE BED BASE!! I was told by the driver that I had to except the delivery and log a return. I have had a spinal fuse operation and had to open the single base to try and ensemble the feet of the base for me to at least have a bed to sleep on. When the return was logged the base were collected and after a few days were returned to me with a reply email that because the base where not in its original packaging they declined the return. The base that was returned were damaged and dirty. I have paid R 5 280 for a king size base and are now left with a damaged single base that were delivered to me in error. If it would suite Takealot..... I'm willing to keep this damaged base, charge me for a single base but credit my account with the balance. No contact details are available for me to explain to the individual who clearly cannot read or understand the difference between a single base and a king size base or alternative solution given to a customer to the problem they have created by having *********** stock dispatchers.
