Extremely poor communication

After now a month from the original return query, dealing with multiple people. I have yet to have anything resolved. I have had to lead every single enquiry and follow up. I have not had a single call from anyone as per request to talk to me. I have yet not even had 1 person give me the same story!!! It is a simple request, with absolutely no interest being taken to solve a customer issue. Nothing has been done to help me out or even propose to solve the issue or take proper accountability. I have since gone directly to the supplier and they have assisted with 1 phone call.
