Extremely Pathetic

Like honestly is there something wrong with the staff that is in charge of exchanging an item. I needed a SMALL SIZE in an hoodie and 3 times they’ve sent me a Medium. It’s ridiculous how a simple thing of a size cannot be done properly. I don’t even want to chance an exchange again because I keep receiving the incorrect size. Please make sure to hire people who can read and understand common sense. For someone who works in the exact same field it’s the height of stupidity to get this wrong.

I really feel sorry for the delivery person more than anything else.

NOT MEDIUM- I would love to teach them how to do this job properly, it’s pathetic and extremely frustrating to deal with this.
