Extremely *********** call centre and non delivery

I have been messed around by the Call centre of both Takelot and Mr Delivery. After receiving emails and sms advising me my parcel was to be delivered on 3 June, I spoke to 3 different people from T/Mr D advising me that my parcel was on its way, it has to date failed to arrive. The last call I made today I was now advised that my order has been placed with an \outside"courier service and they had no idea when my parcel would be delivered. On checking on the T order tracking site I read that they tried to deliver my parcel yesterday but no one was home... what a lie as they have never been to my address. Absolutely un professional and *********** service. I also received an email from them advising that my parcel was COD"
