Extremely Happy customer!!!!

I purchased a phone in early September and started using it late September. The phone gave me problems with connecting to the internet when I was using a Vodacom sim card. It then started heating up and freezing and the camera quality was very poor.

Begining of November I logged a return query and requested a refund, I was assisted within a week!!!

I thought maybe they wouldnt refund me but rather credit my account since I had used the device and that obviously it isnt their fault but rather the manufacturer's fault. but I got exactly what I asked for. Iam very impresed and happy about their service
