EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED IN TAKEALOT.COM

I had a horrible experience of the wrong item delivered to me. Not just only the disappointment of not being able to give my son his birthday present and getting false promises of doing same day delivery of the correct item, I have requested for a refund. Me being honest and asking them to take back the R4500 item, in place of the R500 item ordered, now being inconvenienced of waiting for 2 weeks since delivery and still don't have my money because the item needs to be inspected first. Is this really the way clients are treated? I don't recommend anyone using the Takealot.com services if this is how a client being treated. I'm extremely dissapointed in this company.
