We're well aware of the anticipation of the release of this console and that the reason for pre-ordering was to get it on release day. It makes the outcome of this order all the more disappointing as we know you've been let down big time and the matter was worsened by the poor communication. We've instructed our complaints team to liaise with the product buyer to get insight into the delay, as well as the communication that was exchanged to inform affected customers about this.
Please allow them a bit of time to gather this information, but they'll be in touch with an update as soon as possible.
