Extremely disappointing service - Avoid at All Costs!!!

This has to be one of the worst services I’ve ever dealt with. The delivery says 8am - 5pm then takes forever — and I mean far beyond any reasonable timeframe. What makes it even worse is that there is absolutely no way to contact them. No clear phone number, no responsive email, no customer support — nothing.

Once they have your money, you’re completely left in the dark. No updates, no accountability, and no concern for the customer at all you just have to give up your day to wait for a Takealot delivery and It’s frustrating, unprofessional, and frankly unacceptable for a company that claims to be a professional “online shop”.

They should have a system where you can communicate with the driver in real time and you agree on a time so you can actually do other things. If you value your time, your peace of mind, or actually receiving your package, stay far away from this service. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed, and I will not be using them again.
