Extremely Disappointing Service and Lost Parcel

I am writing this review to express my utter dissatisfaction with Takealot.com. I placed an order over a week ago, and the entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only was my parcel delayed multiple times without any proper explanation, but it has now been declared lost. The customer service has been abysmal throughout this ordeal. Each time I contacted them, I was met with unhelpful responses and no resolution. I am extremely disappointed and will not be using Takealot.com again. This has been a complete waste of time and money.

I had 2 packages from Temu that I ordered after the Takealot order, and I already received them, from China.

Thank goodness Amazon SA has launched, Takealot can already shut their doors!!
