**Extremely disappointing experience with Takealot**

I have been a Takealot customer, but this experience has honestly left me extremely disappointed.

I bought a TV and the remote stopped working, so I returned the TV to Takealot for the issue to be repaired. The repair process took an extremely long time, and after waiting all that time, I finally received my TV back.

Unfortunately, the remote only worked for **ONE WEEK** before it stopped working again.

Imagine waiting that long for a repair, only for the exact same problem to happen again after just one week. At this point, I feel like my time as a customer has not been respected.

I am now expected to go through another repair process for something that was supposedly already fixed. That is simply unacceptable.

I am extremely frustrated and will be taking this matter further if Takealot does not provide a proper solution urgently.

**This is not the level of service I expected from Takealot, and I hope other customers don't have to experience the same thing.**
