Extremely Disappointed – Worst Delivery Experience Ever!

On the 30th of December 2025, Takealot’s delivery team completely failed to deliver our package to our home. They drove past our house without even stopping, and then my husband received a notification claiming that he had signed for the package – which he absolutely did not! To make matters worse, the delivery driver just handed our package to other people nearby, claiming that they “know my husband,” without asking for any form of confirmation or identification. We then had to run around trying to find and collect our own package because Takealot’s delivery team couldn’t be bothered to do their job properly. This is unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. We are very disappointed with the service and hope that Takealot takes action to ensure this never happens again to anyone else.
