Extremely Disappointed with the COD Delivery and Poor Service

I am very disappointed with my recent Takealot order. The delivery was on a COD basis. On Saturday, only part of the order was delivered, and I paid the full amount in cash. However, on Sunday the rest of the order arrived again with a COD note, as though I hadn’t already paid. A short while later, I even received an SMS saying my order was delayed due to “no cash,” which is completely incorrect. I sent an email to Takealot Customer Service on Sunday to clarify the issue, but I received no response. Because of this mistake and the delay, I had to cancel a workshop I was hosting, and the financial impact was far greater than just inconvenience. As a long‑standing and loyal Takealot customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I expect better communication, accuracy, and accountability from a company of this size.
