Extremely Disappointed with Takealot’s Delivery Service

I am very unhappy with my recent experience with Takealot. I placed an order on Friday, 1st August, with delivery scheduled for Saturday. However, I received a message claiming that I was not available to receive the parcel — which is completely untrue. I was home the entire day, and no one attempted delivery.

Then the delivery was rescheduled for Sunday, only for me to be informed that they couldn’t deliver again because the parcel was sent to the wrong courier facility. At this point, I don’t even know where my parcel is or when I can expect it to be delivered.

This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Takealot needs to take responsibility for the poor coordination and inaccurate updates. Customers shouldn’t be left in the dark wondering where their orders are.
