Extremely disappointed with takealot stupid policy

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Takealot. I cancelled my order because I wanted to add more items, and all I needed was for the same order to be put through again. I called the Takealot call centre, and instead of helping, they simply told me they can’t do it. No effort, no alternative solution, nothing.

I’m not even asking for my money back — I just wanted the same order processed again. Instead, I’ve been told I must now wait 4 working days for a refund. This is extremely poor and honestly ********* service. They are holding my money, but refuse to help me with something that should be simple. It makes no sense, and it’s very frustrating.

Takealot seriously needs to improve the way they handle situations like this. I am extremely unsatisfied with this experience.
