Extremely Disappointed with Takealot – Misleading and Poor Quality Products

I am extremely disappointed with Takealot. It seems like the company does not bother to check its suppliers or the quality of the products being sold. I honestly don’t know what is happening, but this is the fourth item I have had to return, and it’s beyond frustrating.

Every time I order, it’s either something arrives damaged, or the product does not match the description and photos advertised online. That is completely misleading. You put up one picture and description, but when the item arrives, it’s something different altogether.

To make matters worse, I recently purchased a breast pump. I used it only twice before it completely stopped working. What does that say about the products you are selling and the suppliers you work with? This is not only a waste of my money but also a complete waste of my time waiting for deliveries, returning items, and dealing with the frustration.

I am done with Takealot. I will never order from this company again because clearly there is no proper supplier vetting or quality control in place. From now on, I will rather buy from trusted retailers like Clicks, even if it means paying a bit more, because at least I can expect reliable products.
