Extremely Disappointed with Recent Order and Gift Delivery

Hi, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received on my recent order. I purchased three items as a Christmas gift for a friend and clearly indicated that it was a gift — I even included a message. However, the package was delivered this morning not in a box, and the packaging was damaged and unwrapped. This completely ruined what was meant to be a surprise. I find this level of service unacceptable, especially considering the item in question was an air fryer, not a small or inexpensive purchase. What is the point of offering a “gift” option with a message if the order is not handled with care or packaged appropriately? As a regular Takealot customer, I am extremely disappointed. I expected better professionalism and attention to detail. I would rather support Loot, Amazon, or Avo going forward than continue shopping with a company that seems to lack customer consideration. A kind gesture was completely spoiled due to carelessness. This was truly disappointing and unprofessional.
