Extremely disappointed - waste of money

I ordered the new Airwick fresmatic Life sense complete unit. Instead I received an older version 24/7 Airwick of which the box was open and full of dust. Had to wipe the unit clean. I don't think the scents are the same,although the same fragrance name.... Not nearly as wonderful as per reviews on Takealot. Can the people working and packing for takelot not read? Mind you this was a non-returnable item so my money went down the drain. Will never use the platform again as it seems there's no guarantee that one will receive the correct order.
