Extremely disappointed in Takealot

I am extremely dissapounted in take alot, on the 27th September i purchased a Hauwei Nova 9SE and the phone was flat, i had to charge the phone to check it out, after that i found that the camera quality is not as described, i then placed it back in fhe box with the charger and logged a return, after a few days i received an email that the refund was denied due to the accessories that has been used! What! I had to use it to check the phone cause it came flat! How in the hell was i supposed to know how bad the quality was without checking it out first and i logged the return 6 days after i receiced the phone and only charged it once cause it came flat, i am so disappointed in takealot, I've been a loyal client however this is the worst service ever! I want my refund, takealot gas just lost another good client
