EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

On the 5th of Jan, I had two orders to be delivered on the 6th. Only to find it was taken by the incorrect courier facility. No communication whatsoever from them, I had to keep calling until they processed a refund without communicating with me. Yesterday I ordered the same product only for the same thing to happen again, “incorrect courier facility “!!!! No communication whatsoever, it’s so frustrating. I’ve never had such service from Takealot. But for this to happen twice with the same product in a space of a week is disappointing. No apology nothing
