Extremely Disappointed

Zaine from support is supposed to he assisting me with an order that was not delivered. I sent him all the details in the 3rd if September with no response and no response to my follow up emails. Reference RRN-FM9VZ-GDXD. I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication regarding something I paid for which was not delivered. I order at least once a week from takealot.com and I pay monthly for takealot more. All I want is a resolution. Either send me the order or refund me.
