Extremely disappointed

I recently ordered a Ukay KM18 wireless keyboard and mouse set twice from Takealot and both times received a KM17 model instead and upon querying informed that the item is out of stock account will be credited but a few days later the item magically appears nobody bothers to check if the item ordered and dispatched are the same ordered the same item from their competitor cheaper and delivered correctly won’t bother shopping at Takealot going forward
