Extremely disappointed

False delivery scheduling and very poor service. I placed my order just before 10:00 AM based on the advertised delivery time online, but Takealot decided to reschedule the delivery to the next day without proper notice. This has happened multiple times before, but today is especially disappointing because it is my child’s birthday, and I was really hoping to receive the order on time. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the inconvenience caused.
