Extremely disappointed: 2 days overdue delivery

Extremely disappointing experience with Takealot . I ordered a solar battery and was scheduled for delivery on the 21st November. Despite sending an urgent email about the overdue delivery of my solar battery (order ***), I've yet to receive my order or any update on a rescheduled delivery date. The lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable, especially given the time-sensitive nature of my event. Agents promise to follow up but never do. Would not recommend to anyone.
