Extremely Bad Service Takealot

I bought 4 items from Takealot and only 2 of the items I ordered was delivered. Also with this delivery I received a laundry basket which I never ordered. I contacted Takealot to inform them about the missing items and the item that I received but never ordered. The told me that they will investigate, so after a week I got a call from from an agent which arranged for collection of the laundry basket amd she told me that I would be credited/refunded for the items I did not receive. Its been 3 weeks now and I have only been credited for the K9 Tactical Harness I ordered and not the REDRAGON keyboard. I have been emailing them, everytime I get a response that they still investigating, I also messaged them on Facebook and Instagram, I am told that my query is currently with the returns department and they will update me as soon as they receive feedback. I am still waiting. That keyboard was a present for my son's birthday. He is still waiting for his present. Takealot service is pathetic. How long does it take to resolve a simple issue like this?
