EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT.COM

I've ordered a press for a customer from takealot.com at R2599.00 According to their communication the press was supposed to be delivered on Monday 06/11/2017 (my customer was informed and specially drove from Thaba Nchu to Bloemfontein to get his press) It was never delivered. On Tuesday I sent an email and they promised delivery before 17h00 (same as Monday). It was never delivered again on Tuesday. Again I sent an email, and the lies started. I wasn't at home, it was sent from Cape Town to Jo'burg, etc., etc. In the mean time I've lost my customer because he wasn't prepared to wait another day and my customer accused ME of bad service. Iv'e lost a valuable customer due to takealot.com's lack of service, no after sales service, lack of interest in my problem and their no-care attitude. I can truly not recommend takealot.com to anyone. They just don't care! They have received their money and really turn their back to you.
