Extremely BAD service from Takealot

I bought appliances on Black Friday. The delivery was bad. They kept me waiting for 2 days and only delivered after 5.00pm on the second day. This was after joining there delivery club thing, which I have canceled as it is a waste. When I unpacked tne fridge I saw it was dented. I called Takealot and they referred me to Samsung. Samsung said it was a delivery problem and not a warranty problem. I had to fight with Takealot to come collect the fridge. They finally did, and then instead of them replacing the fridge they gave me a credit on my account. The problem is that the purchase price was R9999.00 and then went to R12999.00. It took many emails backwards and forward with Donnay. He/she finally informed me that they are supplying a new fridge and I will have it by the 13th. I heard nothing more. I noticed on friday that it was invoiced at the right price, but a delivery fee of R200.00. I emailed Donnay to enquire what was going on. No reply. Yesterday I received and email from Takealot saying that my order has been canceled for no payment. I emailed Donnay again and still no reply. I see my account has been credited with R9999.00 and I still have no fridge. Worse service that I have every received. I emailed again and still no reply. I am now waiting for a manager to call me.
