Extremely Bad Service

I purchased a cell phone from Takealot on Wednesday 10/06/2020 I got a SMS saying that it would be delivered on Friday 12/106/2020. It was not delivered another message delivery will take place on Saturday still no delivery. Another message delivery will take place on Sunday and guess what still no delivery. The manager of their delivery service Enos promises to phone back but guess what you never receive the promised call. They promise the world but one gets absolutely nothing from them. You can't even lodge a complaint. I have asked for a manager to phone me and will be surprised if one does contact me.
